The re-launch of itSMF Romania in January 2007 is an initiative of Klaus Berghoffer, founding member in 2003 (with ITS Efficiency S.A.) and current administrator of the organization with the mere purpose to create a user organization that benefits from the national and international activities and implements best-practices.
