Real time business assurance portal
Every user has a dedicated web-based Business Assurance portal. This portal alerts you first hand on control violations. You can drill down and find out about origin of the violation and find the employee that needs to take appropriate action. Furthermore, the portal provides continuous information on your KPI’s. All portal information is related to your business processes and control information.
Business Rules
Based on your existing control documentation, the business rules interface supports the translation of controls into business assurance rules. To execute these rules, data from your underlying back office systems is required. This data is used to check the control or deliver the KPI. The data is collected by pre defined agents that pick up the exact right data and offer it to the business rule. No heavy integration required. The rule then is executed, resulting in an alert or KPI dashboard value that can trigger you to start an improvement or corrective action. Control framework
The control framework supports the storage and use of (SOX, IT control, Oprisk) control framework like processes, risks, controls et cetera. Your control framework safely stored, easy to maintain and published on a portal.
