Large organizations use the application internally for hiring and maintaining the relationship to external recruitment companies, on the contrary recruitment companies use the application to maintain their relationships with candidates and beneficiaries of recruited personnel.
The application is modular, fully web-enabled with interfaces to accounting products and HR applications and has a BI interface with reporting templates.
Smart-Recruit covers the whole recruitment process, starting from candidate application, testing, negotiation to hiring. An integrated (optional) module covers contract management with providers. The modular design and the usability for organizations as well as for Recruiting & Personnel Leasing companies. Business Intelligence reports (optional) from a third party provider (using OLAP technology) are standard at Smart-View.

Easy to administer, standard technology at no license costs for database (PHP, mySQL), web-enabled, security fully implemented, modular built to switch on/off modules. The SW is able to comply with regulations of the Romanian market, can switch languages and is open enough for the international market.
