All our staff is certified to the latest standards for process management and project management (ITIL, PRINCE2). The certificate is only half of the job and in most cases just a good start. Smart-View staff has initiated the itSMF (IT Service Management Forum) in Romania and Austria together with industry leaders (such as HP) as founding fathers.
We apply what we tell at ourselves, that’s why we know best what it means to work in a process driven environment.
